Chubu Electric Power Company-wide Disaster Management Drill
On July 18, 2012, we held a company-wide disaster managed drill based on the assumption that interlocked Tokai/Tonankai/Nankai earthquakes registering the maximum 7 on the Japanese intensity scale had occurred.
The purpose of this drill was to ensure full implementation of the disaster response guidelines introduced in response to the Great East Japan Earthquake and evaluate their effectiveness. Approximately 4,000 staff participated.
