Notice received from Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry regarding revocation of Renewable Energy Power Generation Business Plan Certification

Chubu Electric Power hereby announces that today it received a notice from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of the revocation of its certification pursuant to Article 9, Paragraph 4 of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Procurement of Electricity from Renewable Energy Sources (Act No. 108 of 2011).
We will continue to take thorough measures to prevent recurrence.
